Welcome, new scouts!
Pack 350 is proud and excited to see so many new faces for the 2024-25 year!
In case you missed it, we had our first pack meeting last night (August 27) where we introduced leaders and den chiefs and talked about what to expect in the coming months.
New Scout Registration & Forms
All new scouts will need to register by filling out a registration form and turning it in to our Pack Master, Rob Goad or by registering online at Be a Scout.
Scouts will need to pay the initial registration fee, however, as a result of successful fundraising, Pack 350 has opted to cover future registration fees for returning scouts!
Along with registration, all scouts must have their medical forms A, B1 & B2 on file before attending any scout outing or campout.
Scout registration forms will be available for download here soon. You can also reach out to your Pack Master or Den Leader for a copy.

Your Scout’s Den
Scouts are divided into dens according to their grade level.
- Kindergarten = Lions
- 1st Grade = Tigers
- 2nd Grade = Wolves
- 3rd Grade = Bears
- 4th Grade = Weblos
- 5th Grade = Arrow of Light
Dens will meet either weekly or twice a month. Time, day, Meeting frequency and location is up to your den leader. Keep an eye out on your email as well as text messages and phone calls as your den leader will be reaching out to you to discuss den meetings.
Pack Meetings
Pack meetings are held once a month, usually on the fourth Tuesday of the month with exceptions for months where holidays fall in the fourth week such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
At our first pack meeting, we proposed a vote to the parents to determine the pack meeting time and location. The time/location options are:
- 5:30 pm CST @ Rolling Prairie (Library OR Elementary School)
- 6:00 pm CST @ Rolling Prairie (Library OR Elementary School)
- 6:30 pm CST @ Prairie View Elementary
Although we discussed the time/location for future pack meetings, it has not yet been determined. We will notify all parents here as well as by email and in den meetings once a decision is reached.
Please take a moment to comment below and let us know what your preference is or contact us or discuss with your den leader.
Fundraising
Pack 350 is a very active fundraising pack. We have been very fortunate to have such successful fundraisers that help us pay for things such as returning scouts’ registration fees, pack outings, day camp & more!
This makes it not only enjoyable for scouts and parents but also affordable!
We host multiple fundraisers throughout the year. Some of those fundraisers include:
- Popcorn Sales
- Pancake breakfast
- Craft Shows
During each fundraiser, we will have “Show & Sell” days where scouts will have the opportunity to sell at an on-site location. These days will be communicated on here as well as during pack and den meetings. Signup forms will be available online for scouts and parents to sign up to help.
When scouts and their family members help with fundraisers, they will sign in and earn money in their scouts’ scout account that can be used later on to pay for camps, fees and much more.
Upcoming Events & Fundraisers
Last night we kicked off our first and one of the largest fundraisers of the year; Popcorn!
For those that do not know, Popcorn sales has been a staple fundraiser of Scouts for decades.
Sales forms were handed out during last night’s meeting and scouts can start selling immediately. If you did not receive a form, please reach out to a leader.
